Modular Kitchen Design
Kitchen modules in 30, 45, and 60 cm widths combine into L, U, and galley configurations. Front panels swap between birch, linoleum, and lacquered MDF without replacing carcasses.
Appliances integrate behind uniform fronts. We specify Bosch, Siemens, and Bora induction systems sized to module grids. Plumbing and electrical drawings accompany every delivery.
Kitchen projects from €4,200 for compact single-wall layouts to €18,500 for large eat-in kitchens with island modules.
Bathroom Concepts
Wet-room modules encapsulate waterproofing, drainage, and storage in factory-tested units installed in two days versus two weeks of traditional tile work. Ideal for Altbau buildings where structural floor modifications are restricted.
Fixtures from Villeroy & Boch and Hansgrohe mount to module faces. Ventilation and heating mats are integrated. Prices from €3,800 for shower modules to €7,200 for complete bathroom cells.
Tile-free maintenance appeals to rental landlords and busy professionals alike.
Workspace & Living Systems
Fold-down desks, murphy beds, and combinatory shelving address Berlin's compact flats. Every module mounts to wall studs or freestanding frames rated for German DIN load standards.
Workspace nooks from €1,650. Full studio apartment systems combining sleep, work, and storage from €6,800. See dedicated pages for workspace-nooks and small-spaces.
Lighting Plans
Grid-based lighting maps each room onto 60 cm modules. LED panels, track spots, and task lamps coordinate by colour temperature and circuit. Smart home integration via Loxone or KNX.
Plans from €890 for single rooms to €3,400 for whole apartments. Installation specifications included for Elektriker execution.
